our family booked three rooms and we were completely satisfied. i found the staff very attentive and caring . rooms were spacious and clean. the breakfast selection included great variety to suit different preferences. the on-site greek and italian restaurants offered delicious food. i really appreciate mr yuri from reception for his amazing service and attentiveness.
i found that sometimes, the food at the turquoise restaurant was not hot enough, as it had been left on the hot plates for a long period of time. this affected its taste and overall enjoyment.

grabbing a prime spot by the pool required some early morning effort. (but i understand that some spots are more in demand than others).

The hotel room sat on the 25th floor. It had a fantastic view of the wheel, i thought that was pretty special at night. the suite had excellent attention to detail. I really liked the quality! the staff also made sure our room remained super clean every day, it was really nice. dinner and breakfast offered delicious food. It had a wide variety.
the hotel is in a great spot, however, the local taxis were much cheaper than the hotel ones.

the pool area felt very chaotic every afternoon a dj played music at a loud volume i couldn't relax at all i wish management had addressed the noise issues more effectively.

The room cleaning was perfect (it. I also found the food by the pool to be tasty. The hotel's location provided convenient access to several nearby attractions and points of interest.
The sunbeds near the pool were hard to get because of the number of pool days they sell to non-guests. This often felt stressful. The adult pool area did not seem to enforce the age limit of 21, I saw multiple younger girls recording dances there. The half board package only allows dining in one buffet restaurant.
